Speaking & Teaching

Accepting invitations for author events and half-day, day, or weekend workshops related to ancestral healing, meditation, turning blame into compassionate action, and preventing the roots of genocide.

Ellen has led contemplative programs in the USA, Poland, Ukraine, France, and England. Her teaching style is precise and intimate, anchored by body-mind practices such as Kyudo (the Way of the Bow) and Felt Sensing (Focusing).

“Meditating is just like collecting fresh vegetables from one’s home garden instead of going to the supermarket and buying packaged things.”

– Glimpses of Abbidharma by Chögyam Trungpa
