Ellen has taught Buddhist and Shambhala programs in the United States since 1975. Since 2008, she has also led retreats in Poland, Ukraine, England, and France. Her teaching style is precise and intimate, anchored by body-mind work including Kyudo (the Way of the Bow), Inner Relationship Focusing, and a number of healing modalities.
